Refund policy

Returns:
If for any reason you aren't happy with how our collaboration turns you have 30 days to return your item for any touch ups and color changes you desire. If 30 days have gone by since you receive your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you any changes.

WE DO NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS FOR OUR TIME.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the original authentication tag. We will not accept returns without our authentication tag.

Returns (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then we will confirm with you the changes and touch ups you would like.

Wear and Tear
The nature of marquage is that it will wear over time and take on a beautiful patina. Depending on how you wear and use your item that can happen in a matter of months or a matter of years. After the first 30 days we are happy to retouch our own work for a fee.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your item. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
